First Catlins Bird guide launched
The volunteer time and skills of four enthusiasts has produced the first ‘Catlins Birds’ 50 page pocket sized comprehensive guide to over 80 species of Catlins birds.
Superb photographs with insightful descriptions on the birds,
along with information on their habitats, many locations of
which are highlighted on the guide map.
Proceeds from sales of the ‘Catlins Birds’ guide will be used
to fund local environmental projects; it is available from either
the Catlins Information Centre E:
